Krullets Kennel

The kennel name ”Krullets” was registered at FCI in 2004 by us, Susanne Parson and Ake Esperi. We live in Risslingby about 10 km north of Norrtalje in Sweden. We have lovely woods and nature outside in which we walk our dogs on a daily basis.   We started our breeding program with the breed Lagotto Romagnolo and at that time we were also looking for a smaller breed to add into our breeding program. As a result from this research we established contact with Faidros Kennel in Ystad, Sweden. We bought our first Portuguese Podengo pequeno in 2005. Nowadays we still have two Lagottos in our pack but now we only breed the Portuguese Podengo pequeno.   We are breeding theese lovely Podengos in our home environment. We have established cooperation with some Portuguese breeders from which we have imported dogs as a foundation to our breed program. We think it’s of great importance to socialize our puppies during their growth. We want our puppies to develop into curious and social dogs who also meet up to the breed standard. To minimize the risk of diseases all our parent dogs have passed all recommended health tests.   We have a permit from our County Board to keep our dogs at our place. We are members of the Swedish kennel club ”SKK” and are following their guidelines. Our company Espab AB is responsible for all our business.
